Imagine going without a coat, shoes, or even socks. For millions of children and adults experiencing homelessness and other urgent need situations across the country, even here in Flemington, this is a harsh reality. Helping others strengthens communities, which is why Ciocca Subaru of Flemington is partnering with Operation Warm®, a national nonprofit focused on connecting children with the resources they need to thrive. Through this partnership and other Subaru Loves to Help® efforts, Subaru and retailers like Ciocca Subaru of Flemington have helped nearly 900,000 children and adults in urgent need. On 01/16/2025, Ciocca Subaru of Flemington donated 120 shoes/socks to United Way of Hunterdon County. These essential items not only help keep children protected, warm, and dry, it can have a significant impact on a child's mental and emotional well-being.

Ciocca Subaru of Flemington visited the United Way of Hunterdon County last week to donate 120 pairs of shoes and socks as part of the Subaru Loves to Help initiative. The donation was made possible through a partnership with Operation Warm, which provided the shoes and socks and connected Ciocca Subaru with the United Way for this campaign.
Ciocca Subaru of Flemington Hosts Subaru Loves Pets Adoption Event - Gabrielle R
On October 11, Ciocca Subaru of Flemington celebrated Subaru Loves Pets Month with a heartwarming adoption event in partnership with Hunterdon Somerset Animal Rescue Center. The showroom transformed into a haven of furry cuteness, as three adorable 4-week-old kittens, Pax, Max, and Jax joined us in the hopes of finding their forever families. Visitors were enchanted by the playful trio, who quickly became the stars of the day. The event brought together animal lovers from the community, all united by a shared goal of helping these precious kittens find loving homes. The Subaru Loves Pets initiative is part of Subaru’s ongoing commitment to supporting animal welfare and this adoption event was a perfect reflection of that mission. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to meet Pax, Max, and Jax and to those who continue to support rescue animals in need. Together, we can make a difference!

For the second year in a row, Ciocca Subaru of Flemington’s Subaru Loves Learning initiative focused on supporting Hampton Public School, making this back-to-school season extra special. This year, the dealership adopted six classrooms, each filled with eager students and teachers ready to tackle a new year of learning and creativity. General Manager Mike Castor greeted Principal Daniel Kerr with a warm welcome when Ciocca Subaru of Flemington’s team handed over the generous donation of school supplies tailored to each classroom’s needs. From colorful markers and notebooks to essential teaching materials, every item was carefully selected to inspire and support the teachers and students alike. But the dealership didn’t stop there, each of the six teachers was also gifted $500 to spend on any additional supplies or resources their students might need throughout the year. The teachers’ excitement and gratitude were clear as they considered the possibilities this funding would bring, from science kits to art supplies that could open up new worlds for their students. The partnership between Ciocca Subaru of Flemington and Hampton Public School has truly grown into something meaningful, embodying Subaru’s commitment to education and community support. As the classrooms filled with laughter and learning, the positive impact of this collaboration was evident, setting the stage for an inspiring school year ahead.
Ciocca Subaru of Flemington Delivers Warmth to Cancer Patients in Community - Samantha V
For the past several years, Ciocca Subaru of Flemington has been partnering with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center in Flemington New Jersey through the Subaru Loves to Care initiative. This partnership involves delivering blankets, patient care kits, and messaging of hope to those fighting cancer. On Thursday July 11th, Ciocca Subaru of Flemington personally delivered these items to local cancer patients in treatment at Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center. This amazing program has truly allowed these two organizations to not only positively impact the communities where they live and work, but sends hope, love and warmth to patients facing cancer. Hunterdon team members expressed their sincere appreciation for Ciocca Subaru of Flemington who keeps their patients in their thoughts when deciding where to bring their generous donations.

Ciocca Subaru of Flemington and Subaru of America partnered with Hunterdon Health Foundation, for the 2023 Subaru Share the Love® Event and presented them with a donation of $16,335. As part of the automaker’s sixteenth annual Subaru Share the Love Event, $250 was donated to the charity of the customers’ choice for every new Subaru vehicle purchased or leased during the holidays. Ciocca Subaru of Flemington selected Hunterdon Health Foundation a “Hometown Charity,” giving customers the opportunity to dedicate their donation to supporting work in their local community. Ciocca Subaru of Flemington recently spearheaded a food drive benefitting The Flemington Area Food Pantry, running from mid-January through February. Throughout the duration of the drive, loyal customers and dedicated employees generously donated items such as soup, canned vegetables, and beans. Led by General Manager Mike Castor and Events Coordinator Stephanie Nieland, the initiative aimed to support those in need within the local community. As the collection came to a close, over 60 pounds of much-needed food and personal care items were gathered. Mike and Stephanie personally delivered the donations to The Flemington Area Food Pantry, symbolizing the dealership's commitment to making a positive impact and fostering community support.

In the heart of Flemington, where the spirit of giving is woven into the fabric of the community, Ciocca Subaru of Flemington hosted a Toys for Tots collection that would soon become a beacon of hope and joy. The showroom, once a space filled with sleek cars and polished surfaces, transformed into a haven for generosity and goodwill. As the festive season approached, Ciocca Subaru of Flemington embraced the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children. Ciocca Dealerships partners yearly with Toys for Tots, a charitable organization with a mission to bring the magic of the holiday season to those less fortunate. Toys of all shapes and sizes began to pour in, filling collection bins to the brim. Employees, customers, and members of the community, moved by the call to spread joy, brought in toys that ranged from cuddly stuffed animals to high-flying drones. Each toy carried with it the promise of a smile, a moment of wonder, and the belief that, during the holiday season, every child deserves a reason to believe in magic. The dealership team took on the roles of Santa's elves, organizing and arranging the donated toys with care. The atmosphere buzzed with excitement and camaraderie as everyone worked towards a common goal — to make a difference in the lives of children in need.
